All students are expected to change for PE for practical and hygiene reasons.

Girls PE Uniform:

• Short sleeved white cotton polo shirt with school logo (available from the school shop)
• Navy blue sports shorts
• White daps or trainers
• White socks

Girls with long hair should provide themselves with ribbons, elastic bands or hair clips to keep hair off their face.

Boys PE Uniform:

• Short sleeved white cotton polo shirt with school logo (available from the school shop)
• White shorts
• White socks
• White daps or trainers

Girls and boys Games Uniform:

• Navy blue rugby shirt with reversible red stripe, available from the school shop.
• Navy shorts (cotton or nylon)
• Red ¾ socks
• Studded boots (not blades) / trainers
• A navy blue tracksuit is useful during the colder weather.
• Leather or woollen gloves (not mittens), may be worn for hockey during the winter

General information

Students will only be excused from PE lessons on receipt of a signed note from the parent/carer or a medical note.

Students who are excused PE are still expected to bring and change into the correct kit. They will take a full part in the lesson acting as a coach, trainer or official.

The PE and games uniform is available from the School Shop and from Norton Sports and Camping, Midsomer Norton . A display will be arranged and items available for purchase during the Induction Evening in July. The rugby shirt and white PE polo shirt are embroidered with the school logo.

All items of kit should be clearly marked with the name of the student.
