- Oversee running of the company and all areas.
- Monitor employee work and carry out sanctions and appraisals.
- Have knowledge of all projects.
- Attend all meetings.
- Have an understanding of how all areas of the company operate.

- Email agendas on the shared area to staff.
- Type up minutes and save in the shared area.

| Finance Manager |
- Weekly/Monthly checks of cash box and cash flow.
- Get the documents signed by Mr Burr and Mr Fox.
- Process check/cash requests.

| Finance Assistant |
- To assist Finance Manager

| Sales and Marketing Team |
- Contact new clients.
- Contact existing clients.
- Advertising (Display board, Erixx website).
- Attend meetings.
- Produce and maintain a price structure for the Erixx website.

The Coaster Crew offers an exciting opportunity to develop vocational and academic learning experiences and develop the following enterprise skills:

The coaster design is created using an ICT program called RoboMaster. This program enables students to design logos and images which can then be cut out using the Craft ROBO cutter. The machine offers Coaster Crew the opportunity to use advanced technology to produce creative designs with precision.
We offer a range of standard designs such as logos and are able to offer a fast turnaround of products. In addition, Coaster Crew offer a ‘UDesign’ service where customers are able to the coaster design themselves

- To attract more customers by producing a wider range of styles
- To expand the product range through other similar craft products such as greetings cards and advent calendars.
