All students who are involved in the projects are having their work accredited in terms of the OCR 3 Level 3 National Certificate and Diploma. This means that students currently at KS4 will effectively complete much of their sixth form work in years 10 and 11.
- Content requirement
- Target markets
We are producing a set of tutor group and individual photographs for 7RW in January as a pilot for the whole school.
We have recorded a CD of called ‘Fix the World’ and will release it when appropriate.
Tutor Media Reps
Two students to be selected by the form tutor/departmental area who seem appropriate and who are interested in developing media production skills should act as media reps for each tutor group who would, with Wizzb Media catalogue and collate images (moving or still) which reflect the everyday and special events during their school life. This could initially involve producing a tutor group newsletter or as they become more advanced in their media skills could become a film piece or a pod cast.
Staff Uses
Building content for lessons – Wizzb Media can arrange to film, photograph or produce a pod cast for any activities or lessons. These can be made available on DVD or the school website.
